TransferFiles.net provides a free, browser-based peer-to-peer file transfer tool using WebRTC. We do not store, process, or have access to transferred files.
2. Acceptable use
You must not use the service to transfer: illegal content; content that infringes intellectual property rights; malware, viruses, or harmful software; child sexual abuse material; or content constituting harassment or threats.
3. Intellectual property
The website design, brand, and written content of TransferFiles.net are protected by copyright. The PeerJS library used is open source under the MIT licence. WebRTC is an open IETF standard.
4. Disclaimer of warranties
TransferFiles.net is provided as is without warranties. We do not guarantee continuous availability, successful transfer completion, or specific transfer speeds.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TransferFiles.net and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
6. Advertising
We display advertisements via Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.
7. Changes
We may modify or discontinue the service at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
