Cookie Policy

Which cookies the site uses, why, and how to control them.

This policy explains how transferfiles.net uses cookies and similar technologies. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as localStorage, work in much the same way. They let a site remember things between page loads or visits. Some are needed for a site to work. Others are used to measure traffic or personalise advertising.

The transfer tool itself

The file transfer tool doesn't need cookies. Transfers rely on a temporary session code that exists only while your page is open. The tool doesn't set tracking cookies.

If you decline, Google may still show non-personalised ads, which use cookies only for purposes such as frequency capping, aggregated reporting and fraud prevention.
